Walking motor

Adopting a single motor walking drive technology, the entire machine walking system adopts a single motor, which is connected to the drive bridge through a transmission shaft to optimize power matching, allowing the entire machine to have greater torque output and faster response speed.

The motor adjusts its speed in real-time based on the throttle opening, achieving stepless speed change of the entire machine.

Drive axle

Adopting XCMG's self-made reinforced drive axle, the axle housing is optimized in design, with a larger cross-section of the housing, and a 10% increase in load-bearing capacity and bending resistance.

Strong construction machinery transmission shaft, strong impact resistance, and high reliability of power transmission.

Key structural components are subjected to finite element analysis to reduce stress concentration, eliminate local weaknesses, and ensure compliance with various harsh working conditions.
